Deneb — owned by Ken Lykins — will join JDM’s JOBPOWER business and continue operating under JDM’s portfolio to support its cloud-based construction software customers.

JDM Technology Group Acquires Builder Software Tools

JDM Technology Group has acquired Ottawa-based Builder Software Tools, a provider of ERP software for new home and condo builders, with the transaction closing on January 31, 2022 after approval from founders Rick Wright and Elizabeth Stom. Builder Software Tools will join JDM’s Explorer Software business, with Explorer President Carmen Greene overseeing day-to-day operations to integrate and support the product for Canadian builders.

Epicor Acquires JMO Business Systems
