ThreatConnect has acquired Polarity to integrate Polarity's contextual data and in-line insights into ThreatConnect's Threat Intelligence Operations and Cyber Risk Quantification platform. The deal combines Polarity's machine-vision, OCR and federated-search capabilities with ThreatConnect's analytics and automation to deliver intelligence directly at the point of decision for SOCs, incident response, threat hunting and vulnerability teams.

Technosylva Acquires KatRisk

Technosylva has acquired KatRisk to combine wildfire simulation and catastrophe risk modeling capabilities into an integrated platform for multi-peril risk assessment. The deal expands Technosylva’s product offering for electric utilities, insurers, financial institutions, and government agencies by adding KatRisk’s flood, hurricane and other catastrophe models to Technosylva’s wildfire modeling solutions.

Blackstone Energy Partners Acquires Irth Solutions

Blackstone Energy Partners (part of Blackstone) has agreed to acquire Irth Solutions, a Columbus-based provider of cloud-based SaaS for damage prevention, asset protection and risk analytics serving energy, utilities and telecom customers. The deal furthers Blackstone Energy Partners' strategy to invest in companies that support critical infrastructure and the energy transition; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of December.

Ivanti Acquires RiskSense

The acquisition brings RiskSense's vulnerability intelligence and risk scoring into Ivanti's automation platform to help customers prioritize and remediate the most critical, actively exploited vulnerabilities.

Travelers Acquires Corvus Insurance

The Travelers Companies, Inc. agreed to acquire Corvus Insurance Holdings, Inc. for approximately $435 million to expand Travelers' cyber underwriting and risk-management capabilities. Corvus, an insurtech-focused managing general underwriter specializing in cyber insurance and powered by AI-driven risk analytics, will be integrated into Travelers to enhance its cyber product suite and distribution.

Imprivata Acquires Verosint
