XRI Holdings, a Morgan Stanley Energy Partners portfolio company, has acquired the produced water treatment, recycle and reuse division of Fountain Quail Energy Services (branded Fountain Quail Water Treatment). The division — headquartered in Irving, Texas — will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under the Fountain Quail name; the seller was Fountain Quail Energy Services LLC, which is backed by CSL Capital Management.
