Veriforce, a US-headquartered provider of supply chain risk management SaaS and services, will partner with Apax to drive further organic growth, international expansion and product scaling; financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal (terms undisclosed) folds Bliss into Highwire’s platform—expanding capabilities, sector expertise and bringing Bliss leadership into senior roles at Highwire while creating a combined organization of more than 250 professionals across North America.
