Trackforce Valiant Acquires TrackTik Software

Trackforce Valiant has acquired TrackTik Software, combining two leading security workforce management providers to create a market-leading global platform. TrackTik's CEO Simon Ferragne becomes CTO of the combined company, and several existing TrackTik investors (CDPQ Investissements, Georgian, Klass Capital, Inovia Capital, Intercap, and Schauer Ventures) reinvested a portion of proceeds in the new entity.
