Building Industry Partners (BIP) has formed a new fire and life safety platform, Endeavor Fire Protection, through its acquisition and recapitalization of Valley Fire Protection Systems. Valley, founded in 1974, will continue to be led by its existing management team and provides fire sprinkler, fire suppression and plumbing installation, service and inspection across the Midwest.

APi Group Acquires Endeavor Fire Protection from Building Industry Partners

Endeavor — a rapidly growing fire protection and life-safety services platform that expanded to eight locations and nearly 300 employees under BIP ownership — will be integrated into APi's safety and specialty services network; financial terms were not disclosed.

(Summit Companies), has completed the purchase of Phoenix Fire Protection, Inc., a Cheyenne, Wyoming-based fire protection services provider. The acquisition brings Summit into the Wyoming market and retains Phoenix Fire Protection’s existing employees to expand Summit’s local service capabilities in backflow prevention, fire sprinkler and clean agent systems.
