Cityneon Holdings Acquires Animax Designs

Cityneon Holdings has acquired Animax Designs, a Nashville-based animatronics and interactive character studio founded in 1989. The acquisition (structured as a combination of cash and shares) brings Animax's ~150 employees and expertise in animatronics, puppetry and themed-entertainment work into Cityneon's global visitor-experience platform and is expected to immediately contribute to the Group's revenue and profits while expanding its international reach.
