Thoma Bravo Backs Merger of OPEXUS and Casepoint

Gemspring Capital sold OPEXUS to an affiliate of Thoma Bravo (retaining a minority stake), and Comvest Credit Partners and HarbourVest Partners provided debt financing for the transaction.
