PlantX Life Inc., through its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary PlantX Lifestyle USA Inc., agreed to acquire California-based cold-pressed juice maker Little West LLC. The all-membership-interest acquisition will expand PlantX's product offering and U.S. distribution footprint, with consideration paid in PlantX common shares and cash plus earn-outs tied to future performance.
