Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 solutions integrator, has acquired Hanu Software Solutions, a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Services Provider, to expand its public cloud service capabilities and India-based delivery capacity. The deal adds Hanu’s Azure-focused delivery engine and Azure Academy talent pipeline to Insight’s global cloud, application modernization, cybersecurity and data capabilities.
