Potomac Equity Partners Acquires U.S. Mobile Health Exams

Potomac Equity Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, has acquired U.S. Mobile Health Exams (USMHE), a Jacksonville, Florida-headquartered provider of mobile occupational health testing and screenings. Potomac said it will partner with USMHE's management to accelerate growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions to capitalize on recurring OSHA/DOT testing demand and broader workplace-health trends.
