PrestigePEO Acquires StaffLink Outsourcing, LLC

PrestigePEO, a Melville, New York-based professional employer organization, has acquired StaffLink Outsourcing, LLC, a Sunrise, Florida-based PEO that serves SMBs nationwide with a concentration on the Eastern seaboard and Southern U.S. The deal, executed with backing from private equity partner TriSpan, expands PrestigePEO's geographic footprint and complements its HR, payroll, and benefits administration capabilities.
