Princeton Medspa Partners has acquired Kovak Cosmetic Center, a medical spa founded by Dr. Stanley Kovak in the Chicago suburbs. Dr. Kovak will remain as lead physician and will spearhead the creation of PMP's Medical Advisory Board as the company integrates the practice into its national medspa platform.
