The deal brings The Denzel Group's Northeast client relationships and talent-delivery capabilities onto Innovien's national platform, strengthening Innovien's Northeast presence and accelerating its expansion into federal and healthcare services.

Delmas Investissements & Participations Acquires Majority Stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone

Acces Industrie is an independent rental specialist of mobile aerial work platforms and handling equipment that grew to ~650 employees and €140m revenue under Equistone; Delmas says it will consolidate the group's regional roots and pursue national and international development.

Alamo Group Acquires Petersen Industries
