Global GRAB, based in Franklin, Tennessee, specializes in perimeter security and hostile vehicle mitigation systems for government and commercial clients; Gladstone said the investment will support the company's growth, product portfolio expansion, and ability to protect critical infrastructure.

The bolt‑on acquisition expands PROtect's advanced NDT and pipeline integrity capabilities; RCS owner Sean Riccardelli will join the combined management team. Both companies will retain existing employees and continue operating under their current brands.
