Province Acquires O'Keefe to Expand Litigation Advisory Practice

Province, a Las Vegas–headquartered restructuring and financial advisory firm, has acquired Michigan-based O'Keefe, a litigation advisory and forensic accounting specialist. The deal—Province's first since a strategic investment from Trivest Partners—adds 16 advisory professionals and expands Province's litigation advisory capabilities and Midwest presence; terms were not disclosed.
