Thoma Bravo has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PROS Holdings in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion. PROS shareholders will receive $23.25 per share in cash, and the deal is expected to close in Q4 2025 (with completion later confirmed in December 2025).

Conga Completes Acquisition of PROS B2B Business

Conga completed its acquisition of the B2B business of PROS Holdings, Inc. from certain investment funds affiliated with Thoma Bravo. The combination brings together Conga’s CPQ/CLM/document automation capabilities with PROS B2B to support end-to-end revenue orchestration from price to signature, while the PROS Travel business is excluded and remains a separate Thoma Bravo portfolio entity.

TrillerNet Acquires Conversational AI Platform Amplify.ai

PROS Acquires EveryMundo
