Pythian Services Inc., a Mill Point Capital portfolio company, has acquired ManageServe, an SAP-focused hosting, migration, analytics and managed services provider. The deal expands Pythian's ERP and SAP HANA migration, analytics and managed-services capabilities to support enterprise customers across cloud platforms.
