Eureka Equity Partners Acquires Synergi, LLC

Eureka Equity Partners has acquired Synergi, LLC, a leading engineering and construction firm that designs, fabricates and installs modular feature staircases, in a transaction executed in partnership with Synergi's senior management. Lafayette Square provided the debt financing to support the acquisition and BDO Capital served as Synergi's exclusive financial advisor; management will remain in place to continue growing the business from its Elkridge, Maryland headquarters.

Energy Capital Partners Acquires Majority Interest in PROENERGY

Energy Capital Partners (ECP) has acquired a majority interest in PROENERGY Holdings, a vertically integrated aeroderivative gas turbine platform with a 2.4 GW fleet of contracted peakers and global turbine services. The transaction (terms not disclosed) transfers control from affiliates of Eos Partners and ACON Investments to ECP, which will support PROENERGY's platform expansion, growth initiatives, and continued operations under existing leadership.

Leonard Green & Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ECI Software Solutions

Leonard Green & Partners will acquire a majority stake in ECI Software Solutions from funds advised by Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group; financial terms were not disclosed. Funds advised by Apax Partners will retain a minority stake. ECI is a Fort Worth, Texas–based provider of cloud-based ERP and vertical-market SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses, with ~1,700 employees and more than 22,000 customers.
