Industrial Control Solutions (ICS), the controls and instrumentation platform backed by LDR Partners LP, acquired Load Controls Incorporated in a private transaction completed May 14, 2025. The deal was led and financed by LDR (via LDR Growth Partners Fund I LP) with financing support from Advantage Capital; founder/owner Mike McClurg and his family will work with ICS on the transition and future product development.

Infor Acquires Lighthouse Systems

Infor has acquired Lighthouse Systems, a UK-based provider of manufacturing execution system (MES) software, including its Shopfloor-Online product. The acquisition will allow Infor to integrate MES capabilities into its CloudSuite ERP offerings to deliver a combined ERP+MES solution and accelerate customers' smart manufacturing initiatives.

L2L Acquires Accumine Technologies Ltd.

L2L Inc., a Salt Lake City–based connected workforce software provider, acquired Accumine Technologies Ltd., an AI and IIoT industrial edge solution provider, and will incorporate Accumine's products into a new offering called L2L Connect. The acquisition strengthens L2L's machine connectivity and shop-floor data-collection capabilities to accelerate manufacturers' digitalization and deliver edge hardware integrated with L2L's software platform.

Interlink Electronics Acquires Calman Technology Limited

Interlink Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: LINK) acquired all of the stock of Calman Technology Limited, a Scotland-based designer and manufacturer of membrane keypads, graphic overlays and printed electronics, for approximately $5.0 million. The acquisition adds Calman's manufacturing capabilities, engineering talent, and European presence to Interlink's sensor and printed-electronics portfolio and increases Interlink's annual revenue run rate.
