CCP Capital Strategies Acquires Wireless Maritime Services from AT&T and Anuvu

A CCP Capital Strategies affiliate has acquired 100% of Wireless Maritime Services (WMS) from AT&T and Anuvu; WMS will operate as an independent platform led by its existing management team. The deal was financed with debt and equity support from Brightwood Capital Advisors and PhenixFIN; terms were not disclosed. WMS is headquartered in Miramar, Florida and provides maritime cellular networks for cruise, ferry, yacht and shipping customers worldwide.

The acquisition expands Maury's RF test and measurement capabilities and access to end markets including aerospace, defense, satellite communications, semiconductors and emerging applications such as quantum and directed energy; WTT will continue to operate from its New Jersey headquarters under its current leadership.

Curtiss-Wright Acquires WSC, Inc.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation completed the acquisition of WSC, Inc. for approximately $34 million in cash. WSC, a Frederick, Maryland–based provider of nuclear and process plant simulation and digital twin technology with roughly $15 million of 2023 revenue and about 45 employees, will operate within Curtiss-Wright's Naval & Power segment to expand its advanced simulation and digital capabilities for commercial nuclear, process and defense end markets.
