Diverzify+, a commercial flooring and facility services platform backed by ACON Investments, completed a business combination to acquire Spectra Contract Flooring and ProSpectra Contract Flooring (subsidiaries of Shaw Industries Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company). The combined company expands Diverzify's national footprint to approximately 52 locations, broadens its end-markets (healthcare, education, multifamily, government) and service offerings, and targets nearly $1 billion in revenue.

Diverzify LLC, a portfolio company of ACON Investments, has acquired Continental Floors, Floor Maintenance Group, and Wright Commercial Floors in a transaction that divested the flooring division from Continental Office. The add-on acquisition expands Diverzify's national commercial flooring and interior services network, strengthening its Columbus presence and providing entry into the Pittsburgh market.

Diverzify Acquires ProFloors of Florida

ACON (ALAOF V) Invests in Corporación Actinver

ACON Investments' affiliate ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund V (ALAOF V), alongside co-investors, closed a minority investment to acquire up to 15% of Corporación Actinver, S.A.B. de C.V.
