Gallagher & Co. has acquired Park City, Utah-based Real Estate Insurance Solutions, a specialist brokerage founded in 2004 that provides real estate errors & omissions and cyber liability coverage to real estate professionals across 32 states. Chris Nangle and his associates will remain in Park City and operate under the direction of Gallagher Affinity; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RMR Mortgage Trust Merges with Tremont Mortgage Trust to Form Seven Hills Realty Trust

RMR Mortgage Trust completed its merger with Tremont Mortgage Trust; the combined company has been renamed Seven Hills Realty Trust and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SEVN on October 1, 2021. The merged REIT (managed by Tremont Realty Capital) expects to expand its portfolio to nearly $1 billion when fully invested, enhancing scale, diversification and access to capital markets while continuing to focus on middle-market commercial mortgage lending.
