GHK Capital Partners Acquires WSB & Associates and Adds EST into WSB Platform

GHK Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Minneapolis-based WSB & Associates and concurrently acquired EST, Inc., contributing EST into WSB to form a national critical infrastructure engineering platform. The combined business will have over 1,100 employees and will pursue growth through geographic expansion, digital construction investments, and an active M&A program.

WSB LLC Acquires AE Engineering, Inc.

WSB LLC, a Minneapolis-based design and consulting firm and portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners, has acquired AE Engineering, Inc., a transportation infrastructure engineering firm headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. The acquisition adds 13 offices and more than 170 employees to WSB, strengthening its presence and service offerings across the southeastern United States.

The add-on brings four offices and 38 employees to WSB and strengthens its water/wastewater, water resources and construction management capabilities while expanding WSB's presence in Texas and the southwestern United States.
