Jon-Don, a supplier of commercial janitorial and restoration supplies, has acquired Factory Cleaning Equipment, Inc. (FCE), a U.S.-based seller and renter of industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers. The deal expands Jon-Don's equipment offering and service capabilities while bringing FCE's leadership team into Jon-Don's organization.

Jon-Don, a national distributor of commercial supplies and equipment based in Roselle, Illinois, has acquired USA-CLEAN, a Decatur, Illinois-based supplier of floor care equipment parts and repair services. USA-CLEAN employs about 50 people and operates a network of over 600 repair technicians; founder Bruce Bushert will remain president and join the Jon-Don team to support growth and integration.

Incline Equity Partners Acquires Jon-Don from Trivest

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired Jon-Don, a Roselle, Illinois–headquartered value-added distributor of commercial cleaning, restoration and specialty contractor supplies, from Trivest Growth Investment Fund (TGIF). Terms were not disclosed; Incline said it will partner with management to accelerate growth through acquisitions, enhanced go-to-market initiatives and expansion into adjacent end markets.

Aramsco Acquires USAC Assets and Welcomes Jon-Don Customers

Aramsco announced it is taking on Jon-Don customers after Jon-Don closed on May 9, 2025, hiring a number of Jon-Don employees and bringing several former Jon-Don branches onto Aramsco’s network. Separately, Aramsco purchased the assets of USA-CLEAN (USAC) and hired its employees; Factory Cleaning Equipment (FCE) was not acquired. Aramsco will operate USAC as one of its business units and honor certain Jon-Don customer credit terms and orders.
