Authority Brands, a Columbia, Maryland-based franchisor of home service brands, has acquired eco-friendly junk removal franchisor The Junkluggers. The Junkluggers, founded in 2004 and operating across roughly 350 territories with more than 90 locations in the United States, will join Authority Brands' portfolio to accelerate franchise and service expansion; terms were not disclosed.

BELFOR Franchise Group Acquires redbox+

BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG), the residential and commercial services franchisor and division of BELFOR Property Restoration, has acquired redbox+, a franchised waste management and rental company known for its patented combination roll-off dumpster and portable restroom units. The deal expands BFG's portfolio and service capabilities, while redbox+ will continue operating and conducting training from its existing facility in St. Charles, Minnesota.

Neighborly Acquires Junk King

Impact Capital Acquires Majority Stake in JUNKLESS Foods

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Atomic Transport

Comvest Partners (Comvest Credit Opportunities) sold its stake in Atomic; Atomic founders and management rolled equity and will continue to lead the business as JFLCO supports growth initiatives across the company's 30 terminals in 19 states.

Colony Hardware Acquires Jarco Supply

Colony Hardware, a direct-to-jobsite distributor backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired Jarco Supply, a North Carolina-based distributor of erosion control, geotextile, stormwater, and concrete/masonry products. The acquisition expands Colony's distribution footprint into North Carolina and represents the company's 23rd acquisition overall and ninth since partnering with Audax.
