Amwins Group Acquires Worldwide Facilities from Genstar Capital

Amwins Group, Inc. has acquired Worldwide Facilities, the fourth-largest wholesale insurance broker in the U.S., from Genstar Capital. The deal expands Amwins' specialty insurance capabilities and West Coast footprint; Genstar rolled nearly all of its equity and remains a minority shareholder in the combined business.
