The Master Trades Group (MTG) has completed the acquisition of Stan's Home Services Holdings, Inc., which includes Stan's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical and Wagner Mechanical, from Treaty Oak Equity. The deal expands MTG's residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical footprint into the Austin, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets and adds capabilities and local brands to MTG's growing platform of home-service businesses.

Day & Night will continue to operate under its existing brand with owner Jeff Martin and GM Mike Littau; the deal expands Friendly Group’s presence in Arizona and is its fourth western-region add-on in the past year.
