WSB Titan (GMS Inc.) Acquires D.L. Building Materials

WSB Titan, a subsidiary of GMS Inc., has completed the acquisition of D.L. Building Materials, a supplier of wallboard, acoustical ceilings, steel framing and insulation serving Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. The deal expands GMS/WSB Titan's Canadian footprint into the Ottawa–Gatineau market and marks GMS's first location in Quebec.
