Schivo, an Ireland-based OEM contract manufacturer (PE-backed), has acquired Supreme Screw Products, Inc., a Plainview, New York-based precision machining and assembly supplier to the medical device market. The acquisition adds two U.S. manufacturing facilities and capabilities in micro-machining, laser processing, and assembly, strengthening Schivo's footprint and technical capabilities in minimally invasive surgery and life sciences.

Healthcare Holding Switzerland Acquires Schaublin Medica SA

Schaublin Medica, based in Plan-les-Ouates, specializes in distribution of vascular grafts, endoprostheses, stents and drug‑coated balloon catheters to hospitals across Switzerland and will join Healthcare Holding's medical-technology platform to expand product and service offerings.

Drilling Tools International Acquires Superior Drilling Products

Drilling Tools International Corp. (DTI) agreed to acquire Superior Drilling Products, Inc. (SDP/SDPI) for approximately $32.2 million in cash and DTI stock, a deal approved by both companies' boards and expected to close in Q3 2024. The transaction brings SDP's Drill‑N‑Ream technology, PDC bit manufacturing and engineering capabilities into DTI to expand product offerings, capture manufacturing and distribution synergies, and support expansion—particularly in the Middle East.

Schivo Acquires Mecaplast SA

The acquisition expands Technimark's healthcare manufacturing capabilities and European footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.
