CORE Industrial Partners Acquires 3DXTECH, Triton 3D and Gearbox to Form Additive Manufacturing Platform

CORE Industrial Partners formed a new additive manufacturing platform and completed the acquisitions of 3DXTECH LLC, Triton 3D LLC and Gearbox3D LLC. The combined company will provide 3D printers, high-performance filaments and related services from a single 68,000 sq. ft. Grand Rapids, Michigan facility to serve end markets including aerospace, medical and automotive.
