T-street Capital / Simplex Acquire Dayton Superior's Paving Division

T-street Capital made an additional investment in its portfolio company Simplex – Infrastructure Solutions, LLC to acquire Dayton Superior’s Paving Division. The add-on creates a coast-to-coast manufacturer and supplier of highway infrastructure and specialty reinforcing-steel products across four locations and a combined 450,000 square feet of manufacturing footprint; T-street and Simplex appointed a new CEO and board members to lead integration.
