Zywave Acquires Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC)

Zywave, a Clearlake- and Aurora-backed front-office insurance SaaS provider, has acquired Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC) from Accel-KKR. The deal adds ITC's comparative rating, agency management and marketing solutions to Zywave's Sales Cloud, expanding its product coverage across personal, commercial and benefits lines and increasing its reach into the P&C agency market.
