Aterian Investment Partners announced a strategic partnership with Kane Communications, LLC, a Trenton, New Jersey-based provider of structured cabling and telecommunications/utility infrastructure services. Aterian said it formed a holding company to support Kane as a platform for nationwide expansion through organic growth and M&A, and will partner with founder Melissa Kane on the growth plan.

WorldVue Acquires Minority Stake in Cabling Solutions, LLC

The transaction establishes a funding vehicle to scale Cabling Solutions' project capacity while preserving the company's autonomy and integrating it with the WorldVue operating platform.
