GNI Management Group Acquires Moore Insulation Ltd.

GNI Management Group Inc., an Ironbridge Equity Partners-backed platform, has acquired St. Catharines-based Moore Insulation Ltd., a regional provider of insulation to the Niagara new‑build market. The deal expands GNI's coverage in Ontario, gives Moore access to GNI's purchasing scale and retrofit operations, and will see Phil Moore continue as branch manager in the Niagara region.

Ironbridge Equity Partners, together with GNI's management team, has acquired a controlling interest in GNI Management Group Inc. (Great Northern Insulation) from Mill Street & Co., which will retain a minority stake. GNI, headquartered in Woodstock, Ontario, operates eight locations with approximately 300 employees and provides insulation, air sealing, fireproofing, cladding, and building diagnostic services across residential, commercial and industrial markets.

The deal expands GNI’s geographic footprint into Manitoba; Advanced’s president Evan Lavallee will remain as branch manager to support integration and local growth.

The add-on expands GNI's footprint into Quebec (its first expansion beyond Ontario) and aims to broaden IMF's capabilities and service coverage in the Greater Montreal region; financial terms were not disclosed.

Installed Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: IBP) acquired Denison Glass & Mirror, Inc. and affiliated DGM Glass, LLC, expanding its commercial glazing and residential shower door/window capabilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. IBP also acquired Mr. Insulation Co., Inc., a Hermiston, Oregon-based installer of insulation, gutters, windows and siding, increasing the company's presence in Oregon and Washington.

SEI Group Acquires G5 Enterprises

SEI Group LLC, a Quad-C Management-backed installer of insulation and building products, acquired the assets of G5 Enterprises Inc., a Nixa, Missouri-based installer operating nine branches across Missouri and Arkansas. The add-on expands SEI's geographic footprint into the Midwest and South Central U.S.; financial terms were not disclosed.
