Applied Industrial Technologies Acquires Hydradyne, LLC

Applied Industrial Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hydradyne, a leading U.S. fluid power and motion control distributor. The acquisition expands Applied’s Engineered Solutions capabilities and Southeastern U.S. footprint; Hydradyne’s ~500 associates across 33 locations are expected to contribute about $260 million in sales and $30 million in EBITDA before synergies.

The add-on transaction closed January 2, 2024 and expands Summit’s mobile equipment aftermarket parts platform into new end markets including heavy haul, construction and energy.

Caerus Equity Partners Acquires C&L Cylinder and Machine, LLC

Wastequip Acquires Foster Hydraulics

The deal brings cylinder production in-house for Wastequip’s truck and aftermarket brands (including Galbreath and Amrep), increasing eastern U.S. production capacity, reducing lead times and strengthening OEM and aftermarket offerings.

Pelican Energy Partners Acquires Hanna Cylinders
