ProPharma Group, a PE-backed provider of regulatory, clinical and compliance services, has acquired OneSource Regulatory and OneSource Regulatory Technology to expand its regulatory, medical and marketing operations services and technology capabilities. The deal brings OneSource’s regulatory consulting and promotional/labeling review expertise (headquartered in McKinney, Texas) into ProPharma’s global life sciences services platform; Edgemont Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to OneSource.

RLDatix Acquires Quantros Patient Safety Business
