Celly H2 Acquires Chemtec New Energies from Chemtec Energy Services

Celly H2 LLC has acquired Chemtec New Energies (CNE), a renewable-energy focused division of Chemtec Energy Services LLC, to expand its hydrogen fueling and storage infrastructure capabilities. The deal brings CNE's modular refueling and storage expertise into Celly's portfolio to accelerate deployment of modular advanced hydrogen refueling stations (MAHRS) for municipalities, transit authorities, fleets, industrial users and ports.

Houston-based private equity firm Pelican Energy Partners has acquired Container Technologies Industries, LLC (CTI), a Helenwood, Tennessee manufacturer of containment solutions for the nuclear industry, from a group of private (legacy) shareholders. In addition to a majority buyout, Pelican provided growth capital to expand CTI’s manufacturing capacity and has appointed Dr. Danielle Castley as President to lead capability expansion and serve DOE, DOD and commercial nuclear customers.

(OTC: EESE) acquired all membership interests in Abilene Celex Services, LLC, a Texas-based oilfield chemical provider, for $325,000 effective February 1, 2020. Management expects pro forma combined 2019 revenues of approximately $9.5 million, with Celex contributing about $700,000; EES said it will manufacture field-ready products for Celex at its Snyder, Texas plant to capture freight savings and volume discounts.
