Jones & Frank, a provider of fueling system solutions, has acquired M.L. Leonard, a Virginia-based petroleum equipment distributor and service provider. The deal expands Jones & Frank's sales, installation and maintenance capabilities in Virginia and the greater Mid-Atlantic region; MidOcean Partners, the sponsor behind Jones & Frank, said the acquisition aligns with its strategy to build a leading petroleum equipment solutions platform.

TricorBraun Acquires Packaging Solutions, Inc.

TricorBraun has acquired Minneapolis-based Packaging Solutions, Inc. (PSI), a rigid packaging distributor and custom designer serving pharmaceutical, pet food and personal care markets. The acquisition strengthens TricorBraun’s Minneapolis presence (adding warehouse capacity) and integrates PSI into the TricorBraun platform; PSI’s owners and team will remain and the Packaging Solutions name has been retired. Terms were not disclosed.

Performance Systems Integration (PSI), a Riverside-backed fire and life safety platform, has acquired Integrated Fire Systems (IFS) of Rocklin, California as an add-on to expand PSI's presence in Northern California. The Riverside Company executed the add-on through its Micro-Cap Fund to bolster PSI's inspection, maintenance, monitoring and installation capabilities for commercial building owners and property managers in the Sacramento region.

Petroleum Service Corporation (PSC) Acquires Fryoux Tankerman Service

Petroleum Service Corporation (PSC), a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Fryoux Tankerman Service and will absorb Fryoux's shoreside tankerman operations along the U.S. Gulf Coast. The transaction expands PSC's Gulf Coast footprint and personnel capacity to better serve refineries, terminals and petrochemical customers; Jimmy Fryoux will join PSC's marine operations team as an advisor.
