QinetiQ US to Acquire Avantus Federal from NewSpring Holdings

QinetiQ US, a wholly owned subsidiary of QinetiQ Group plc, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Avantus Federal from NewSpring Holdings for an enterprise value of $590 million. The combined platform is intended to expand offerings for U.S. defense and intelligence customers across cyber, data analytics, and software development, with closing expected by the end of calendar year 2022 subject to regulatory approvals.
