Renovus Capital Partners has acquired a controlling interest in Tempus Nova, a Denver-based Google Premier Partner that provides G Suite and Google Cloud Platform implementations, managed services and custom application development to public and private sector clients. Renovus said it will provide capital to support organic growth and M&A while Tempus Nova's management team will continue to run the business.
