Amount Acquires Linear Financial Technologies

Linear will rebrand as Amount Small Business, with Linear CEO Sam Graziano joining Amount's executive team to lead the unit and the combined business operating roughly 600 employees across several U.S. offices.

Ontra Acquires FundFormer

Euna Solutions Acquires AmpliFund

The acquisition adds AmpliFund's grant management expertise and more than 100 GovTech professionals to Euna's product suite and customer base, expanding Euna's grant management capabilities for government agencies, nonprofits, and other public-sector organizations.

Paystand Acquires Teampay
