(an HVAC and plumbing platform backed by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners) has acquired Mac Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., a Brevard, North Carolina-based provider of residential and light commercial HVAC services founded in 1990. The deal expands ACS's service footprint in North Carolina and the broader southeast; financing was provided by Capital Southwest and First Eagle Alternative Credit, and Hatters Group served as sell‑side advisor to Mac.
