Palatine Private Equity has completed an investment in Acora, a UK-based managed IT services and cloud solutions provider, to support the company's buy-and-build growth strategy. Acora, which has been trading for over 25 years and employs in excess of 300 people, will use the backing to pursue acquisitive growth, invest in people and technology, and expand its cloud and managed service capabilities.

Onecom Acquires 9 Group Companies (9 Retail and 9 Partners)

Onecom, the LDC-backed UK business telecoms and cloud communications provider, has acquired two companies from 9 Group — 9 Retail and 9 Partners — adding thousands of fixed-line and cloud customers and hundreds of channel partners. The acquired businesses will retain their branding and management while becoming part of the Onecom Group to expand its fixed-line, cloud telephony and channel capabilities.

CVC Capital Partners Acquires M Group Services from PAI Partners

The transaction — expected to close in Q3 2024 — will support M Group Services’ next phase of organic growth and further strategic M&A while preserving its focus on safety, sustainability and client delivery.

Alera Group Acquires AMCORP, Inc.
