StonePoint is a top-25 U.S. aggregates company producing ~9 million tons annually across 20 locations (projected revenues ~$117M and Adjusted EBITDA ~$28M for the trailing twelve months), and the transaction expands Arcosa's aggregates footprint and is expected to be accretive to earnings.
