EverCommerce Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DrChrono Inc., a Sunnyvale-based cloud EHR and practice management SaaS provider. The acquisition will bring DrChrono into EverCommerce's EverHealth solutions group to expand its healthcare software capabilities and customer base; the transaction was expected to close in November 2021 pending customary conditions.

National Medical Billing Services Acquires MedTek, LLC

National Medical Billing Services, a surgery-focused revenue cycle management provider backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has acquired MedTek, LLC, a Woodland Hills, California-based provider of medical transcription, coding, billing and ASC-focused RCM software. The add-on expands National Medical’s end-to-end RCM capabilities for ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and anesthesia groups and is the firm’s fourth transaction since its partnership with Aquiline in January 2021.

Med-Metrix Acquires Tritech Healthcare Management
