Gauge Capital has partnered with the owners and management team of CENTEGIX to provide growth capital and recapitalize the company. CENTEGIX, an Atlanta-based provider of location-aware emergency communications delivered via an IoT and SaaS platform (CrisisAlert), will use the investment to accelerate growth across its education, healthcare and hospitality end markets; Gauge partners Tom McKelvey and Sam Smith joined CENTEGIX's board and Berkery Noyes served as exclusive financial advisor.

ASG (the prior sponsor) will exit or reduce its stake while ImageQuix CEO Alex Kovacevic and management remain shareholders; the capital will be used to accelerate organic growth and pursue M&A.
