Searchlight Capital Partners and Ares Management Invest £500M in RSK Group

RSK Group agreed to receive a £500 million preferred equity investment from a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners and Ares Management funds. Ares also committed an incremental £300 million debt facility (bringing its total available debt facilities to £1.4 billion) to support RSK’s 2030 strategy, including organic growth and the company’s acquisition programme. The capital will be used to accelerate RSK’s expansion of environmental consulting and engineering services globally.

RSK Group Acquires PD&MS Group from Inflexion

Accenture Acquires SKS Group

Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

Tetra Tech Acquires RPS Group

Tetra Tech, Inc. has completed its acquisition of RPS Group via a UK court-approved scheme of arrangement, with RPS shareholders’ outstanding shares now owned by Tetra Tech. The deal brings roughly 5,000 RPS employees into Tetra Tech and expands Tetra Tech’s capabilities and market positions in water, renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and data analytics.
