Consolo Services Group Acquires ADS Data Systems

Consolo Services Group, a Lexington, Kentucky-based provider of SaaS health IT solutions for hospice and palliative care, has acquired ADS Data Systems, a Stevenson, Maryland-based SaaS provider of adult day care software and services. The acquisition will allow Consolo to expand its post-acute care footprint by leveraging ADS's cloud-based platform while ADS's management and staff remain in place; Consolo had previously received a strategic investment from private equity firm Bluff Point Associates.

WellSky Acquires Experience Care

WellSky, a healthcare technology company based in Overland Park, Kansas, has acquired Experience Care, a provider of EHR and financial software for post-acute and long-term care providers. The deal brings Experience Care’s NetSolutions platform (serving ~150 clients and 850 facilities) into WellSky to expand capabilities in care coordination, analytics, interoperability, and revenue cycle management for long-term care organizations.

WellSky Acquires Corridor from HealthEdge Investment Partners

WellSky, a health and community care technology company backed by Leonard Green and TPG, has acquired The Corridor Group Holdings (Corridor) from HealthEdge Investment Partners. The acquisition expands WellSky's medical coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities for the post-acute care market and brings Corridor's tech-enabled coding, clinical documentation review, billing and collections services into WellSky's platform.

WellSky Acquires CarePort Health from Allscripts for $1.35B

WellSky, a health and community care technology company backed by TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners, agreed to acquire CarePort Health from Allscripts for $1.35 billion. The divestiture, expected to close before the end of 2020 subject to regulatory approvals, transfers CarePort’s client base and ~200 associates to WellSky and expands WellSky’s care coordination and post-acute capabilities.

TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners Invest in WellSky

The recapitalization is intended to accelerate WellSky's technology innovation and expansion across the post-acute and community care continuum; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q3 2020.
