SimiTree, a Sheridan Capital Partners-backed post-acute healthcare consulting and services platform, has acquired Miami-based Imark Billing to expand its revenue cycle management and outsourced billing and coding capabilities. The acquisition integrates Imark's team into SimiTree to scale outsourced billing, coding and related revenue cycle services for home health, hospice and other post-acute organizations.
